Terms of Use
Applies to PolyMerge and jogagames.io.
Last updated 01.09.2026 · Effective 01.09.2026
Parties
These terms govern the relationship between JOGA! Games and the person using PolyMerge. The party to this agreement is that legal entity, not the brand name.
Age limit
PolyMerge is not designed for use by anyone under 4.
In-app purchases
The game offers optional in-app purchases. There are no loot boxes, wheels or randomised packs; you see what you are buying before you buy it. There are no ads.
Payment does not run through us. It goes through the App Store or Google Play, which makes the relevant store the counterparty for payment, invoicing and refunds.
⟦LEGAL REVIEW: withdrawal-right notice - the exemption in Article 15/1-(ğ) of the Distance Contracts Regulation. See FACTS-FORM.md §2.8. NOTE: the correct citation is the Regulation, not Article 15 of Law 6502, which deals with remedies for defective services and has no (ğ) sub-paragraph.⟧
Refunds
On iOS only Apple decides refunds; as the developer we have no authority to issue them. On Android the store reviews the request first and, after its own window, directs you to us; at that stage we review the request through Play Console. We make no commitment as to timing or outcome.
See our Support page for the exact steps.
Loss of progress
Your progress is stored only in your device's own storage; there is no cloud backup and no account sync. If the app is deleted or device data is cleared, that save cannot be recovered. Scores already submitted to the leaderboard are the exception.
Liability
⟦LEGAL REVIEW: limitation-of-liability sentence - see FACTS-FORM.md §2.8. A reference to the statutory limit is preferred over a numeric cap; intent and gross negligence, and the consumer's mandatory statutory rights, must be reserved in all cases.⟧
Governing law and disputes
⟦LEGAL REVIEW: governing law and competent forum - see FACTS-FORM.md §2.8. NOTE: an exclusive jurisdiction clause is unenforceable against a consumer, and monetary thresholds must not be written as figures because they change annually.⟧
When we make a substantive change to this text, we show a one-time notice inside the app before the change takes effect. Minor or editorial corrections only move the last-updated date above. Keeping track of changes is not your responsibility; telling you is ours.
