Data controller

The controller for the personal data covered by this policy is JOGA! Games. Address: Ankara, Türkiye. For requests and questions: support@jogagames.io.

What we process

• Progress that stays on your device: your level, score, coins, badges, unlocked visual identities, settings and any game in progress. This is never sent to us; there is no copy on our servers.
• Your leaderboard record: an anonymous identifier (a Firebase anonymous UID), the display name you chose in the game, your avatar emoji and your score. That identifier is not linked to any personal detail.
• Usage, crash and purchase records: technical records tied to installation-level identifiers, collected through the processors listed below.

In the game, the three sets below are all that is touched. The website's own measurement is separate and is explained in the Cookie Policy.

Identifiers collected

• Firebase installation ID
• Analytics app-instance ID
• Crashlytics installation UUID
• IDFV (iOS) / Android Advertising ID
• Mixpanel distinct_id
• RevenueCat app user ID
• Firebase anonymous UID

The identifiers below are installation- and device-level. They are not linked to your name, email address or phone number.

Processors

The service providers below process data on our behalf. Each links to its own privacy document; those documents do not REPLACE our disclosure, they sit alongside it.

Retention

We do not keep personal data longer than the purpose requires. When the period ends the record is deleted, destroyed or anonymised.

Transfers outside Türkiye

All of the processors above handle data outside Türkiye, mostly in the United States. That is a cross-border transfer and falls under Article 9 of the Turkish Data Protection Law.

Purposes and legal grounds

Purpose and legal ground are stated per processor; a single blanket sentence is not enough.

Your rights

Under Article 11 of the Turkish Data Protection Law you may ask whether your data is processed, request information about it, ask for correction, deletion or destruction, and learn which third parties it was transferred to.

Write to support@jogagames.io, or in writing to Ankara, Türkiye. We resolve requests without undue delay and in any event within one month of the request reaching us - and no later than 30 days - free of charge.
