Disclosure and explicit consent are two separate instruments under Turkish law. This page only informs you; nothing here asks for your approval, and passing through it does not mean you have consented to anything.

This is not a translation of a GDPR policy. It is written in the concepts of Law No. 6698.

Your rights under Article 11

• Learn whether your personal data is processed
• Request information if it has been processed
• Learn the purpose and whether it is used in line with that purpose
• Know the third parties it is transferred to, in Türkiye or abroad
• Request correction if it is incomplete or inaccurate
• Request deletion or destruction within the conditions the Law sets
• Request that correction, deletion and destruction be notified to those third parties
• Claim compensation if you suffer loss from unlawful processing

How to apply

Send requests to support@jogagames.io, or in writing to Ankara, Türkiye. We resolve them without undue delay and in any event within one month - and no later than 30 days - free of charge.

The Communiqué also accepts "software or an application developed for the purpose of the request" - the dedicated flow on the Delete Data page falls under that.⟧
